We are thrilled to announce that Lynnsy Noll has joined the United Way of Northern BC in the position of Donor Relations Officer!
Lynnsy will be working remotely out of Dawson Creek, connecting with the rest of the United Way of Northern BC team working out of Prince George’s administrative office. Lynnsy can be reached at 250-561-1040 or via email at lynnsyn@unitedwaynbc.ca.
Born and raised in Dawson Creek, BC, Lynnsy has always loved volunteering and is always looking for opportunities to help someone in need. It began modestly with her paying visits to the elderly in her community care homes, which further developed into becoming a President of the Quesnel Elks #298 for four years. Being able to serve the public is so crucial to Lynnsy and she is thrilled to be part of an organization that shares her commitment to giving back. Lynnsy ran for school district trustee to better represent the local students and teachers in Dawson Creek and she currently serves on the DC Arts and Wellness Fund approval committee.
Lynnsy relocated to Edmonton, Alberta, after high school to attend post-secondary school, where she earned a BA and a BEd from the University of Alberta. She is passionate about both teaching and learning, and she spent six years working as a teacher in the north, in Quesnel and Dawson Creek.
When not working for United Way of Northern BC, Lynnsy is a part-time model. She loves reading, spending time with her family and friends, horseback riding, hiking, gardening, and anything artistic, such as singing, dancing, painting, or sewing.
Please join us in welcoming Lynnsy to the UWNBC Team!
