We are pleased to announce the addition of the newest member of our team!

Meghan Ginter has joined the United Way of Northern BC (UWNBC) as of October 18, 2021, in the position of Director of Resource Development. Meghan is working out of our administration office in Prince George, connecting with the rest of the United Way of Northern BC team working in a hybrid home/office environment. Meghan can be reached at 250-561-1040 or via email at meghang@unitedwaynbc.ca.
Meghan is a Northern at heart! Both she and her husband were raised in Prince George and plan to raise their two girls there as well.
Meghan received her BSc from the University of Northern British Columbia and started her professional career working for United Way of Northern BC a number of years ago as an Engagement & Campaign Officer. Meghan moved on to opportunities outside of UWNBC as a Membership & Events Manager at the Chamber of Commerce, Prince George, and a Program Coordinator at the College of New Caledonia, gaining critical experience in project and events management, communications, program development, grant writing, reporting, training and meeting facilitation, recruitment, and networking.
Always inspired by the work United Way does, Meghan is back with UWNBC as the Director of Resource Development, joining the team in a leadership capacity to support and grow our ability to positively impact the communities and people of Northern BC.
When Meghan is not working, she can be found with her family playing outdoors, gardening, camping, or cooking something up in the kitchen.
If you’ve not already had the pleasure of working with her, please join us in welcoming Meghan to the team!
